Tim Seibles is an American poet, professor and the former Poet Laureate of Virginia. He is the author of seven collections of poetry. He is a professor of English and creative writing at Old Dominion University, as well as teaching in the Stonecoast MFA Program in Creative Writing and teaching workshops for Cave Canem Foundation.

Chris Brydge is a freelance bassist, educator, composer and band leader who has been performing in and around the greater Tidewater area of Virginia since 1994. He has taught in the Virginia public school system as an orchestra director for thirteen years and as an adjunct jazz bass professor at William and Mary College and Christopher Newport University.
