The NEON District will once again transform into a realm of imagination and adventure as The Dragon Faire: A Tabletop Role-Playing Festival returns on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Presented by Pushing Dragons and the Push Comedy Theater, this free, family-friendly festival invites fans of all ages to celebrate creativity, gaming, and community.

The Dragon Faire features a full day of activities, including:
Dungeons & Dragons games and tabletop role-playing sessions

D&D-themed improv comedy shows from the Push Comedy Theater

Live music and performances

Kids’ activities and family-friendly fun

A bustling vendor marketplace

Cosplay contest with prizes

Panels, workshops, and more!

The event is free and open to the public, with most activities available at no cost. A small fee applies for select workshops and to participate in certain Dungeons & Dragons games. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume and be part of the fantasy atmosphere.

Pushing Dragons
A Dungeons and Dragons Live Play with a twist. Pushing Dragons takes elements of cosplay, live action role-play and improv to create a hilarious and interactive D&D Adventure. Using a stripped down version of 5th Edition, the audience rolls on behalf of the player characters and can influence the player’s actions.

Push Comedy Theater
The Push Comedy Theater is a 90 seat venue bringing you live comedy from the best local and national acts every single week.
Founded by The Pushers and located in Norfolk’s NEON District, the Push Comedy Theater is the home for Hampton Roads comedy.
